Our routine appointments for both telephone and face to face are now pre-bookable up to 2 months in advance, meaning you no longer have to call or wait for a designated day or time to get a routine appointment. Our trained receptionists will try to ensure you are signposted to the correct clinician or service within 2 weeks of you contacting the surgery, whether that be with a Pharmacist, walk in centre, Hub, or at the surgery.
